パリじゃないエリアのミシュラン
普段私はフランスのロクシタン地方(Occitan)のモンペリエ(Montpellier)にいるのですが、そこにもやっぱりミシュランのレストランがあるのでピックアップしてみました。とはいえ、日本のミシュランと違って「んー」というものも多く、なんともいえないのである。物は試しと思い、一応調べてみました。
一応、ミシュランのサイトにも一覧化されているのですが、値段などは載ってないのでまとめました。
コースにチーズが含まれている
ちなみにフランスはチーズがコース料金に組み込まれていることが多いです。逆に日本と違って食後のコーヒーなどは別料金です。日本はチーズは別料金でコーヒーはコース料金に組み込まれているってことが多いです。
